Letter of Authorization

Digital Power of Attorney

DMCA Agent Declaration

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512, formal takedown notices must be issued by the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner. You must be 18 years of age or older to legally execute this authorization.

By completing the Cryptographic Profile Verification process (placing our generated One-Time Password in your verified account bio), you digitally sign and execute this binding Letter of Authorization (LoA). This signature is mathematically linked to the exact creator profile provided, securely validating your legal authority over the content.

I hereby authorize Apsyn and its automated enforcement mechanisms to act as my designated legal agent to:

  • Identify and locate instances of my copyrighted material on offshore and unauthorized pirate servers.
  • Draft, sign, and transmit formal Notices of Claimed Infringement (including US DMCA Takedown Notices and International Cease & Desist orders) to ISPs, host providers, and domain registrars on my behalf.
  • Correspond with offshore hosts regarding the removal of unauthorized content.
  • Swear under penalty of perjury, based on the Cryptographic Profile Verification I concluded, that the information in the notification is accurate and that I am the sole copyright owner.

This authorization remains active as long as your Apsyn account is in good standing and your assets remain in our active surveillance grid. You may revoke this agency at any time by terminating your authorized account.
