Surveillance Compute Allocation

Apsyn provides continuous, real-time monitoring and enforcement actions. Due to the high computing bandwidth required for continuous offshore scanning and cryptographic ingestion, our service is billed based on server allocation and active surveillance time, rather than a "per-takedown" success metric. We do not guarantee the speed or compliance of unregulated international pirate hosts.

Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your Apsyn subscription at any time via your terminal console. Upon cancellation, your active surveillance grids will remain operational until the end of your prepaid billing cycle.

Because server resources are allocated instantly upon activation, we do not offer prorated refunds for partial months, nor do we issue refunds for past monitoring cycles.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Apsyn takes billing fraud severely. Utilizing bank chargebacks or credit card disputes to illegally recover funds for consumed surveillance time is a violation of these terms. Any unauthorized dispute will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your Apsyn account, and you will be prohibited from accessing future enforcement capabilities.
