1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and [Apsyn Corporate Entity] (“Apsyn”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the Apsyn terminal and associated services. By accessing the system, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use Apsyn. By utilizing our service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

2. Scope of Service ("Best Effort" Surveillance)

Apsyn operates as an elite, autonomous content surveillance framework. We specialize in identifying, tracking, and executing enforcement actions against rogue domains, unregulated offshore hosts, and dedicated pirate websites. We do NOT currently operate on major social media platforms (such as Instagram, Reddit, Telegram).

Due to the volatile and non-compliant nature of offshore piracy, Apsyn provides a "best-effort" service. We make no strict guarantees regarding the success, speed, or timeline of a removal from rogue networks that actively evade international law.

3. Ownership & Anti-Perjury Clause

By submitting assets to the Apsyn ingestion engine, you swear under penalty of perjury that you are the sole and exclusive copyright holder of the material. Submitting malicious, false, or competitor content to weaponize Apsyn’s enforcement engine is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512(f)).

4. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Apsyn harmless from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of: (1) your use of the Service; (2) any false takedown notices generated on your behalf; or (3) your violation of the rights of a third party, including intellectual property rights.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and your use of the Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction - India], applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within [Jurisdiction - India], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
